Injection Moulding Compound

Offered in HDPE paper bags, injection moulding compound is a granular compound that has specific physical, mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties. Utensils, dinnerware and other  food contact products can be developed with this compound, because it does not affect the flavor of the food. It can also be used for making bathroom accessories, medical and electrical components. The ideal temperature required for the storage of this compound is 250C. At this temperature, it will remain stable for around six months. Temperature higher that this may affect its flow and mouldability. The workers who will handle this product in the injection molding units, must wear a dust musk.
